You may register with the Practice if you live within the Practice Boundary which broadly includes the following postcodes: B1, B15, B16, B17, B18, B19.

  • Complete registration ONLINE or ask for a registration pack from reception
  • If you have repeat medications please make an appointment to see the doctor

Register online or through the app and then please bring ID to reception to complete registration.
